Shipping your product is way too long. Still waiting for mask after ordering a month or more ago.

Love it!

I've been using the mask twice a day for a week. After use, I replace it in the box to keep it clean. Since my eyes water during use, I use the cloth shield and hang it up to dry after each use. I plan to wash it at the end of the week and use the second shield cloth while the first is drying.

A few observations.
1, It is easy to use
2. It is much better in retaining heat that the one I had, which needed to be heated in a microwave
3. The cable is stiff and awkward to fold into the case
4. The single beep can be easy to miss, since I am hearing impaired.
5. Instructions say to put on the mask with the wire to the right, but the mask appears to be heated on both sides. Why not put wire on either side?
6. I expect to use this for a while and the rectangular cardboard tube around the box seems likely to wear out. Maybe ship with a soft zipper case instead of the cardboard box.
7. Providing two cloths is appreciated.

This mask is the best one that I’ve purchased for heating my eye glands daily. Highly recommend!

Works way better than microwavable masks. Improves my Dry Eye/MGD better than any pharmaceutical drugs.
